What we collect

When you send the request form: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code and the answers about size, job, placement and timing. We also record the time, your IP address, your browser type, the page you started on and the site that sent you, along with the exact permission wording you agreed to. Nothing is collected from people who only read the pages, apart from standard server logs kept by our host.

Who sees it

Up to three roll-off companies that serve your ZIP, so they can contact you about your job. Those companies may pay us for the request. We do not sell or give your details to anyone else, except where a law or court order requires it.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and sent to us by an email delivery service. Records are kept as long as needed to deal with the request and any dispute about it, and then deleted on request.

Texts and calls

By ticking the permission box you allow the companies to call, text (including automated texts) or email you about your request. Reply STOP to a text or tell the caller to stop, and they must. You never have to agree in order to buy anything.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email support@rhodyrolloff.com from the address you used. We answer within 30 days. We will also ask the companies that received your request to stop contacting you.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies. The form keeps a note of your first page in your browser for that visit only.

Children

The service is for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly take requests from anyone under 18.
